In my opinion
The sects (a series of questions and answers)
Why do people find sects appealing?
I think the sects are not sects for his participants. I think the sects are very appealing because the sects give sense. The greatest pain for The human been, Nietzsche said, is not the physical pain but the pain do not have sense. The sects give, I told that, sense for the human in a world without sense.
Are sects a threat to society? Why? Why not?
Sects are not a threat to society. The society needs sects. With out sects or with out opium the society should be in a great danger because this society is sick. Chaos, explosions, fire, ‘un-resignation’ of society’s misery should be the consequences of the illusion’s end.
What sects do you know about?
I know many sects, like family, parties, left or right groups, mystical sects, hippies communities, academicals masters, etc Why is religion often a central theme when talking about sects?Because sect is a form of religious organization. In ancients times the Christianism was a sect. But today there are few real Christian’s people, and his organization’s form is the sect.
Have you or somebody you know had any personal experiences with sects?Yes, of course, I was a militant of trotskism, I’m part of a family.
Add any other information or data you find relevant.
The question about the sects is always a question about religion. What is religion? I’m atheist but, in fact, I’m not a religious person? I think religion isn’t believe or not in a God but believe in something with blindness. Although, of course, any blind person is conscious about his own blindness.

My faculty
My Faculty ( A series of questions and answers)
What is the current situation in your faculty?
My faculty (faculty of arts, Las Encinas) is in absolute passiveness. There are no movements; there is no community. Only there are isolated explosions. That is reflect, maybe, of the isolation and the fragmentation of our world. There is mediocrity of thought; there is too much common sense
what things need improvement?
How does his foolishness undress to the fool?
We can’t. In the other times people believe in extra-programmatically education. But the contribution always is a grain of sand. Maybe we need a movement. But … Can movement wake us up? …To us? Does an ‘us’ exist here?
What would be the first steps to deal with this situation?
Maybe do disconcerting things, but not art. The ART always is an institution, and here, in this faculty, is the mechanism of brain-dead par excellence.
How would you resolve this situation?
To create areas of compulsive creation of new forms of life, if not the world suicide, perhaps
what could be the real benefits/ impact of these improvement?
I think nothing, any change, is an improvement. Since the ape up to the man only there is an improvement from the human point of view. Monarchy, democracy, feudalism, there is no an improvement between them. There is an appearance of improvement but the pain, the slavery, the thought control are kept.
What does wait for us?
Some people say it is vanity try to change the things of the world

Gender and opportunities in Chile
Egalitarian opportunities in Chile aren’t guaranteed. That’s because egalitarian relationships don’t exist. The gender problem is one of a large list of social contradictions from our 21th century.
Since women entered into the professional world in Chile, they have suffered of discrimination. And even before, boys had been prefered to girls at the moment of being sent to school. At school girls used to learn basic knowledges of lenguaje and mathematics, but specially domestic economy. And that happened in the 20th century.
When they started studying at university, they only had access to women’s carreers, such as Nursing. It took time for women to be accepted unrestrictedly at university. And it took more to be respected professionally as well as a man.
But even when that was gained, still women were payed less than a man in the same job and with the same level of studies. This situation was well known by people and only recently our President have appprove a law that penalizes this practice. But still men are prefered to women to fill a position in a company. The reason of that is pregnancy.
In our male chauvinist culture, pregnancy is seen as a loss for the company rather than an irreplaceable role of women, that contributes to their community in benefit of all. So a pregnant woman, instead of being protected, it’s avoided by the labour world.
Although this country has made progresses in gender relationships, male chauvinist and relationships based on inequality between genders still prevail. Even if it was unthinkable to decades ago to have a female President, today remains a discriminating society that tries to take advantage of women as the weak gender.
So egalitarian opportunities between sexes are enunciated, and yet an unfulfilled promise.

Future
My future in five years from now
In five years from now I’d like to be in no-where, far away, travelling alone, maybe by the desert or something like that. I need to know the silence. I have lived all my life in the noise, I’d like to try different lives or professions in my life to know the world. I’d like to walk, just walk.
Nowadays to pick only one career for life is a great problem for the people. That makes them ignorants and arrogants. For me is necessary to know all the things around me, how they work and why they work. For me is very important to connect directly with people, the animals and the things. That is my personal choice. Saying more would be superfluous.

Basquiat
Jean-Michel Basquiat is a painter and a street poet (graffiti-maker) from the 80's in New York. His father was an haitian accountant and his mother was a puerto rican graphical designer.
He has done a lot of paintings. He started as a grafitti-maker in the streets of Brooklyn , writing short poems in the walls, and selling his drawings, which he used to call 'poor art', in restaurants. He tries to express the primitivism and dissatifcaction of the streets.
What I like of him is that his gesture is like a child's drawing.
He is not the best. Is there 'a best'? I don't think so. Because there isn't an absolute cannon today. The relation with art isn't objective.
